All real estate commissions are negotiable, but Siderow Kennedy Real Estate is the only agency that lets you choose either a performance-based commission or a fixed-rate commission. Here's how they work:


A performance-based commission is unique to Siderow Kennedy. It's our way of guaranteeing that your listing price is absolutely right for the current market.

Of course, all commissions decrease if a house sells for less, but trimming the commission rate cuts commissions even further. It assures you that we're here to serve your best interests, not ours.


A fixed-rate commission sets your fee right from the start. But no matter which structure you choose, Siderow Kennedy will invest whatever is necessary to make sure your home is marketed innovatively and correctly.
